I have a dodge journey 2014 and I just had a over heat blown eng a few weeks ago took to shop had it fix it was running fine now I have the bubbling and boiling from the resivoir It is over heating but only to 255° don't see any leaks and my lvls are good. Out of the info you explained what do you think it is?

2000 dodge ram 3500 trannys has some bleed back when parked..have to wait 2-3min. Before it will engage.. 2 tranny guys were lost on fixing it .48k mi. Has done it since i got it at 29k mi. Know tech guy in Seattle area. ?

Hi, I ordered a new window motor and regulator. The drivers side window is stuck in the up position. I am not able to reach the screws to unattach the regulator to the bottom of the window. I tried moving the window down but it won't move. Any suggestions?

There is no such things as a 'lifetime' transmission that requires no servicing. This is manufacturer double speak. It's warranted for the 'lifetime' of the transmission, whatever that is. Usually early failure. Service the transmission regularly. This goes for manual transmissions also that use gear oil. Keep the fluid clean. Only then will you begin to approach a 'lifetime' transmission.

My 09 Matrix (220,000) sometimes runs great, I'll stop and then restart it, and it runs horrible. It throws a multiple misfire codes in cylinders 1 and 2. Clear codes restart, and it runs great, revs to 6000 RPM, starts right up, for A few rides then it happens again.

Ya buddy I’ve arced a 12 battery with a wrench and melted lugs by accident. There are a lot of hazards there. I wouldn’t be teaching “the non dangers of car batteries and electrical systems”. A little counter productive. Then, if the car IS running, the current IS significantly higher and the voltage like 25% on top of that. So one little detail seriously changes this game.. or erm, 300V EV batteries Teach people not to make sparks, if it’s not a hazard, great. It’ll freak them out and they’ll be careful anyway. Do the opposite, there is potential for unintended consequences. While car batteries aren’t an immediate hazard, they store a lot of energy. Imagine had that wrench actually fused to the terminals. What then?

I had clunking sounds for a while then it just disappeared. When I looked it up it's the ball joints. Idk if it just completely came off. But my steering is still fine

I've been hooking up installing for 20 years my cousin taught me this when I was a kid!! It's hilarious how many people think they would get electrocuted that way

So much for "quickly check" brake pads... I took my suv to 5 diff. repair shops, including a dealership: All gave me the wrong diagnostic, the last one told me: you don't really need any work done! so, one honest mechanic! Hard to find good mechanics and reliable!

I have a question about the power steering (Audi A4 B5), which makes a noise when the engine is running and you move the steering wheel even a little (the more the louder). Also, hydraulic oil is leaking somewhere, but I can't find the location for the life of me. However, the leak is so big that the expansion tank is almost empty within 2-3 minutes. Any idea where this could typically be on the A4 B5... ?

Explosion is the real danger. Never heard of even one person electrocuted by a 12V battery.
